Sunday Playdate

A group portrait from our playdate at Micaela and Aaron's house this morning (© Micaela Garry Rice: I haven't uploaded mine from the day yet!).

What I love about this picture is that it reminds me of an album cover portrait or magazine photo that some indie band would shoot, all looking in different directions with mock-serious, pensive looks on their faces. Except in reality, we just couldn't get five babies/toddlers to look in the same direction at the same time. The fact that they're sitting still at all is a minor miracle.
